He brings that experience to help his clients avoid common pitfalls in entering business, commercial real estate, and construction contracts.
Before practicing law, Mr. Miranda was a Law Clerk to the Honorable John C. Gemmill of the Arizona Court of Appeals. While in law school, Mr. Miranda was a Staff Writer for the Arizona State Law Journal. Mr. Miranda is a member of the Real Estate and Business Law sections of the State Bar of Arizona.
